google moves site serp down when they find new links

did you notice that google moves site serp (search engine search results) down when a new links has been found.
this is google technique to top make sure that not many links will be assign in short time.
if you site are rank in the top 20-30 for your keywords and then drop to 30-40 it’s seems that you assign to many link in a short time.
to many links in a short time can devalue your serp position.
if your site serp position are devalue by maximum 10 spot your site are ok and will not assign the to many link in a short time penalty, this is mean that your site is in the right way.
don’t worry ! the time will pass and google will moved you site serp up is you will not gain many at short time.
