Our History
Since our founding in June 2003, QuickPacket™ has provided quality services to our customers at reasonable prices. QuickPacket, LLC was formed in October 2004 in the State of South Carolina and converted to the State of North Carolina in February 2012. QuickPacket acquired shared hosting customers from HostLogix in August 2007, all of the customers of BlueShoreHost in March 2010, the VPS customers of Obtrix in May 2010, all of the customers of ZenSix Hosting in July 2012, all of the customers of Redinit in September 2012, select assets of Gotech in January 2015, and select assets of Slicebox in March 2015. QuickPacket is a privately owned and operated company with no long term debt. Our team is made up of industry veterans with years of experience in business and telecommunications. Despite our tremendous growth since opening, we remain a customer-focused service provider committed to providing our customers the highest levels of customer service and support. QuickPacket™ brings you not only quality Internet services at competitive rates, but backs it up with competent engineering and support, and a strong Service Level Agreement that is next to none. Data Center ATL2 - Atlanta, GA
Our commitment to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers brought us to our home at 470 East Paces Ferry Rd NE in Atlanta. The facility is located in the heart of Atlanta's Buckhead business district with over 19,000 square feet of data center space. Multiple fiber providers are on-net, with both lit and dark fiber connectivity to 56 Marietta. The data center is SSAE 16 certified (formerly SAS 70). Our network is anchored by high quality networking products from Brocade. We have deployed a fully redundant network enabling the maximum uptime for our customers. We always maintain excess capacity with all of our transit and peering connections so that our customers have room to grow rapidly. We can also turn up additional connectivity within hours as needed to enable further growth. In order to enter our data center, we use key card and biometrics for the best security possible. We have security cameras recording 24/7, 365 days a year.
We deploy our dedicated servers, co-location, R1Soft data backup, Xen and OpenVZ VPS, shared and reseller hosting out of our premium facilities in Atlanta, GA.
Data Center LAX1 - Los Angeles, CA
QuickPacket is located in a private suite in the LA Telecom Center building at 530 W 6th Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The building is located directly adjacent to One Wilshire, one of the world's most connected buildings. QuickPacket has direct fiber access to One Wilshire. Additionally, we have access to a number of on-net fiber and transit providers in the LA Telecom Center building. The data center is SSAE 16 certified (formerly SAS 70). Our network is anchored by high quality networking products from Brocade and Juniper. We have deployed a fully redundant network enabling the maximum uptime for our customers. We always maintain excess capacity with all of our transit and peering connections so that our customers have room to grow rapidly.
